i knew because of what happend they were going to start running the top fuel and funny car to the 1000 foot on the tracks with short shut down and they have. hopefuly the tracks that are to short or not up to date will address the problems. i think this will be pretty interesting to see.
yeah, i knew that was coming after the race that took his life. they talked about it on nhra race day. hey studedude what do you think about dan wilkerson racing ihra. i watched it this week. he made to the finals. i had to do a double take , i thought it was tim till i saw him standing in the background at the starting line.

Dan and Tim matched raced at Norwalk last year. Dan was last years Div 3 Alcohol FC champ. Tim thought it was time for the kid to get his feet wet in nitro competition. It was fun to follow. I've known Dan since he was 2 and dad was winning in Div 3 AFC. They haveat least 1 match race scheduled this year. Don't think schedule allows any more IHRA races.
