Seems like most people in NASCAR like the low down force rules this year.

Unfortunately as witnessed this past race with Logano getting too close to Truex and removing the rear down force. Truex lost control and hit the wall.

Naturally Truex and his crew are upset with Logano but was it Logano's fault or the lack of down force that caused Truex to lose control?

The drivers got what they wanted but they will have to learn to live with it. You can't go back to the old rules where passing was almost impossible.

they were upset because they thought logano hit truex. once they see the footage, they will change their tune fairly quickly. everyone is going to have to get used to the new rules, and they are going to have to lern to hold their emotions until there is real proof that someone did something wrong.

These guys who are accustomed to all the downforce have to adjust. Some will do so better than others. I don't like Logano, and as a guy originally from New Joisey, I pull for Truex. But Logano did nothing wrong.

Sorry there is no such place as Joisey. That is what stupid people from outside of NJ say.

Whatever. Lived in Bound Brook, Whitehouse Station and went to Flemington, East Windsor and Bridgeport Speedways on a regular basis. I wasn't much of an asphalt fan back then so never got to Wall or New Egypt while it was paved; did get to it after they covered it in dirt.

I just find having a sense of humor and the ability to make light of ones self and/or their roots makes life a lot more enjoyable, even if others don't appreciate it.

Now get off the computer, someone may be trying to call.

The good drivers will be just fine with the new rules.. A lot of these guys came from dirt, so being loose is comfortable.
