This is great news! They must have brought back Fred Nation as well, just a week or so ago they were bragging that sales for the Brazillian race were brisk and were 2/3 sold. Now it's cancelled and Brian "Give me four good ones" Barnhart is back. The only thing that would make me happier is for Tony George to come back.
Jimmy Vasser and SeaBass took a spin in a DP01 shaking it down getting it ready for sale. Using Avon tyres designed for historic racing and some gears found lying around the KV Racing shop it was 16mph faster than a CrapWagon in a straight line. An 8 year old design with an old Cosworth motor.
They need off road design for some of the tracks they will more and more be racing on really. To you the truth;I'd love if they did not add more aero but reduced it so it wasn't just pedal to the metal like so much racing has become.
I remember the days before Tony screwed it all up, i thought our North American CHAMP car league was something akin to North American Formula 1,very exiting to watch, Now we have a bunch of generic cars with mostly unknown drivers running around tracks that are devoid of fans.
Mr George what was the point?
