Not yet but I think Ferrari will power their cars in 2016-17 and VW (Audi) from 2018. The former Ferrari team principal, Stefano Domenicali, has been working for Audi since Oct 2014.

It's Singapore. They don't put up with this crap. He'll a good caning like this guy (one of many every year) and when he wakes up after going into shock he'll promise never to do it again:

Ex-American footballer Kamari Charlton set to be caned in Singapore | Daily Mail Online

And who can forget this American graffiti kid (they don't consider them artists in Singapore). President Bill Clinton, the leader of the most powerful country in the world, asked for mercy – to no avail:

I wonder if DIESELGATE will affect Audi's entry into F1. Will they have enough money to do what many in the company will think of as a luxury after shelling out billions and billions of dollars (7.2 billion in the this quarter alone) to rectify things.

At first I thought dieselgate was too preposterous to be true and that it would prove to be nothing more than overzealous government regulators running wild, but now VW has admitted it is true and that it extends far beyond the United States: Volkswagen Admits 'Defeat Device' On 11 Million Engines Worldwide, Sets Aside $7.2B

The only time he ever gets through a race weekend without some bonehead move is when his car breaks before he can get to it. I think if Renault is keeping Maldonado on, they should be held responsible for any deaths he causes because he WILL kill someone sooner or later.

Lol, another person runs out in front of Vettel - this time a track marshal, trying to retrieve the endplate from Sainz's car.

Also, lots of pics of Bernie and Vladimir, a match not exactly made in heaven....

Default US GP Austin, TX

Anyone here going in person? Wonder if the GP the following week in Mexico will cut into attendance? Brazil is 2 weeks later.

TV Schedule, all times Pacific
Friday 8:00am - Practice 1 NBCSN
Friday noon - Practice 2 NBCSN
Saturday 9:30am - Qualifying NBCSN
Sunday 11:30 am - Race on NBC, not NBCSN

Saturday's Practice 3 is live streaming on NBCSN's website at 8am. They live stream a lot of stuff they don't show on TV, but I tend not to watch it because it is in the wee hours of the morning/night my time.

I will be there. Flying in tonight! I'll make sure to post pictures.

I will be at turn 12, which is the end of the long backstraight and a great overtaking point, plus you get 20+ seconds of the cars going through the Mickey Mouse complex (T13, T14, T15 and the entry to the sweeping left T16), not the most amazing racing there, but a lot of car time for the money.

If weather is good on Friday, I will try to watch from the esses or from turn 19, which is becoming a classic.
