Residential neighborhood, HOA says not street parking over 24 hours, etc....
All that aside, is there a statute regarding parking too close to an intersection? Found one that says "within x number of feet on the approach side to a stop sign" etc, but my concern is on the opposite side causing a blind turn onto residential street.
In other words, when making a rt turn onto my street, I only have a few feet between the corner and his truck causing me to have to swing into the oncoming lane that exits said street.
Real hazard for those oncoming also because truck causes blind spot for them to see who is turning onto the street...

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Wanted to copy statute and place it on his windshield (passive agressive, but simple).

And I am calling hoa today!
