I am torn choosing between Bright Horizon(Braker lane) and Bluebonnet school(Cedar Park). We live in Cedar Park closer to Bluebonnet school and go to work 2 blocks from Bright Horizon. So, both schools will work for us. I would greatly appreciate your inputs/reviews on these schools.

Not a fan of Bright Horizon, although my only experience is with the southwest location. The turnover was too high, and my kid would have a different 'teacher' about every 3-4 months. Also, overcrowded.

I finally decided on Bright Horizon(Braker Lane). Very happy with the school so far. All the staff are very supportive and reachable. I hope the day will soon come when my son will say "Bye" when I drop him

I've heard great things about Bright Horizons centers. I know they're a nationwide chain, and I think overall their rating seems to be pretty high. But, I have heard the turnover rate is really high (like the other poster stated). I'm glad you're happy there

Not sure how old your child is. When ours was 15 months, the turnover wasn't a huge deal. When he was 3 having his teachers change every few months started to really affect him. We dropped out after that. We did like it for about the first 6 months, though. Glad you're liking it!

Default Bluebonnet's teachers are the best!

If you live near Bluebonnet (just off 620 on El Salido in far northwest Austin) and it is convenient to you, Bluebonnet is definitely the better choice. We've been there two years and every lead teacher my child has had has been wonderful and caring. The teachers in the older rooms all have early early childhood degrees. Class sizes are small. It is even NAEYC accredited. It is a really warm and loving place. Plus the kids love the water park in the summer. This is one example of a place being better because it is not a chain or franchise.

I didn't know there was a Bluebonnet in Cedar Park. I've been looking into the Bluebonnet Montessori on Lakeway fro my twins - are they affiliated?
