I need to study like crazy the next 30 days. And I can't study in my house.

I thought I do something fun and try to visit a new cafe every day for a month. (I might miss one day or two).

I started at Stinsons on Burnett today. There are a couple more near there I will go to also.

Please let me know any cool cafe/Coffee house you know about. North of the river please.

I'm not a big coffee drinker or study at a coffee house person (Been out of school since 2013) but I liked Corona Coffee https://coronacoffee.co/ which is just a short distance from a few of the other places.

It's south, but I like Stouthaus. It reminds me of Portland coffeehouses. Stouthaus Coffee Pub

Café Rukus has good coffee too. It's downtown. https://www.caferuckus.com/

Oddly enough, try Central Market Cafe north. I see lots of people studying there and you can sit all day if you want to.

Mozarts is good. Strange Brew on South Manchaca. Also try Once Over, Summer Moon, Seventh Flag, and Bouldin Creek Coffee House - all located on South First

OP asked for places north of the river! But yes, if you ever come south, there is an equally long list of great places south (and east), I especially like Once Over.

I love, love, love Mozart's. Get there early in the morning and watch the mist on the lake through the trees on their deck. It is my favorite place to go post-run on the trail.
