Hi,

I'm planning a possible move to Austin. I was wondering if you all had any suggestions on a good family neighborhood in close proximity to Nvidia? I believe the Nvidia office is located at Riata Trace Pkwy (zip code 78727). We are looking for a young family atmosphere with good schools, safety, short commute time (preferably 10-15 min) and under 275K. One area we are looking at is Cedar Park. Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks

You might look in Anderson Mill area also. That would be a really quick drive. The homes are older and need updating but it's a great area with lots of shopping and amenities nearby. I'm sure you could find something in your price range there. Cedar Park is also a great option for you but a wee bit farther out.

Avery Ranch is close (7 miles) and easy access on high speed roads.

forest north is an older neighborhood nearby that has mature trees and large property's.......again they are older homes, but with a little spiffing up would be a great neighborhood to live..........good school district, easy access to the toll ways....check all those areas out!
