I believe my current company (Fortune 500 IT company, not quite as big as Dell, but right up there) will transfer/relo me to Austin. That being said, I would like to establish a relationship with 2-3 of the top retained IT recruiting firms in Austin. Pedley-Richard is highly regarded in Austin as one of the best. My husband worked with Dee Dee Dial there. Hirestarter is also a great firm, specifically my husband would recommend the founder, Marc Davis. Says he is one the sharpest recruiters he had ever met (and that is saying a lot because we know a lot of them!).
