Hi folks,

I am considering a move to Austin and am trying to locate the nicer luxury apartment buildings. The downtown area is preferable but others are possible also. My budget is not particularly limited (within reason, of course).

I have read about the Bowie, which seems quite nice. Are there other similar buildings that you're aware of?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

How long do you intend to rent for? You may be better off looking at leases in several of the nicer condo developments downtown.

This is a new building that is certainly priced to be high end luxury. I know a couple people who are renting there (both in medicine)...the location is certainly pretty good.

Not exactly sure what it means; but the OP has asked the same question about 7 different cities over the past few months. QuiteConfused, indeed

I've seen this, great location.

OP also check out the Windsor, there are a few new high end buildings going up on/around Rainey St.

311 Bowie is the nicest.

Ashton is probably second.

Maybe they have several options of where to move? And they like to research their options. Why do people take the time to sleuth and report it, like the OP is doing something evil? Who cares?

Sounds a lot more like someone phishing for intel...maybe to then spam the 'nicest luxury apartments' in various cities...especially since there has been no follow-up post or 'Thank You' for the responses. Just sayin'
