The short of it it, according to everything we see, Austin continues firing on all cylinders, led by strong job growth, and next year will be more of the same. We did have a Spring/Sumer "burp" in the market where it got crazy for a few months, but every measurable metric shows a strong seller's market with no letup in sight.

That said, buyers are not stupid and some sellers think things are better than they really are. So there will always be failed sales efforts due to overzealous pricing and under-preparation. But those instances will be a much smaller percentage than in normal markets.
