I want to relocate to AUSTIN or any other favorable location in Texas & around. I am planning for a HOTEL in AUSTIN. Please update me and guide me on -
1. How's the idea?
2. Which Location? of not Austin then Where??

I would try and strategically place it between downtown Austin and the new proposed Formula 1 site near sh 130/71. You could enjoy the year-round demand for affordable hotel space near downtown, plus the spuradic annual bumps from South by Southwest, ACL, and the Formula One Races starting in 2012.
