Since you haven't heard of this builder, but do have extensive knowledge of builders, maybe you could list builders you recommend?

You might want to ask this question on the
San Antonio sub-forum, since many New Braunfels residents commute in and out of SA for work (since the distance is only 20+ miles away). I'd be willing to bet you'll get better responses.
