Ah, Cook Out finally enters the Georgia market. I knew it was only a matter of time.

When it comes to Atlanta, these folks are gonna lose their minds, LOL.

They actually built their first location in Augusta off Walton Way in Harrisburg and the restaurant opened earlier this year.. The place is always packed because it's located near the Medical District and Paine College. The company is now renovating the old KFC in Columbia County on Jimmie Dyess Parkway..

Good eye, Samuels! Certainly looks the part if the drawing is accurate. Don't know of any other restaurants with that same kind of double drive thru situation.

I guess Subway and one or two other businesses are leaving the center for cookout to come in?

There looks to be some other retail next to Cook Out. Probably getting rid fo the current building and putting a smaller one in...about the size of what's already there if you take off the old Blockbuster.

Yea, that Subway is always busy. There's a chinese place and a cell phone store and then the vacant blockbuster on the end opposite subway. I guess we'll see what happens... I was going to try Cookout for the first time a few weeks ago at the Walton Way location and there literally wasn't a parking spot to be had. I hope it's better than Steak and Shake... was really disappointed with their burgers after all I had heard, might as well be a Sonic burger.
