Anyone have any opinions about this subdivision?

Thanks.

It's no different than any other of the subdivisions in the Morningview area, although I think that may be the one where the houses have vinyl siding instead of Hardi-plank; - vinyl siding is a negative with some people.

It looks like the homes are close together too.

Why is vinyl siding a negative?

I don't think that the houses are closer together than any of the other houses in the surrounding subdivisions. Regarding vinyl siding , some people see it as a step down from Hardi-plank or obviously brick.

Really, any of those subdivisions around Morningview are fine - they are really all pretty much indistinguishable. Right now they all feed into Suwanee Elementary, so my girls have many friends in all of those subs. Old Suwanee Crossing and the subs toward Buford Highway will go to the new Roberts Elementary in the fall.

So all subs that go into Suwanee Elementary are good?
