Considering to buy a condo at Plaza midtown. Let me know if that is a good building to live in or buy. Some things I am considering are safety, price and location.

I live in the Plaza Midtown. I think it is a great building. The Publix on the first floor is very convenient. There is a button on the elevator that actually says Publix. The restaurants here are pretty good, Marlow's Tavern, Steel, Prickly Pear, and J. Christophers. The Marta station is right across the street and freeway access is very easy.
