Yep
Del Webb Peachtree and Del Webb Deaton Creek
Peachtree is Fayette County South, Deaton Creek is Hall County North.
I am biased and like the Deaton Creek area much better.
Check them out

I am not personally familiar with them, but Roswell has several 55+ communities. They also have a great deal of senior activities through the park system. Reading the catalog makes me wish I was a bit older!

To the OP, I was out driving in Roswell today. I believe The Orchards at SweetApple is 55+. There are others, I just don't honestly notice the development names as I'm driving past.

If the OP is still looking, I passed two more 55+ communities today, both in Alpharetta. One was called Somersby, and the other was The Parc at Alpharetta. Both of these are by the Verizon center.
