Is there a New Orleans style Sno Ball shop in Atlanta or the Atlanta area?

If you are talking snowballs or shaved ice like in Baltimore (one in every neighborhood during the summer), the answer is NO.

I believe I just saw someone making what you're talking about at Atlantic Station though its not a shop but a sidewalk stand.

I see a "kiosk" at the corner of Briarcliff and Moreland. I have not been to it.

Thumbs up Yes there is a SnoBall place in Atlanta

There is one now. Opened in August 2010. Try GNO SnoBalls located 2 blocks from Peachtree Industrial Blvd off I-285: 3665-A Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341

There's been one in downtown Dectur for a couple of years. I've only been one time. 70+ close to five stars Yelp reviews makes me think I need to go back. New Orleans Sno Ball Cafe | Jazzing up Decatur

There is Orlegian Snoballs (they are originally from N.O.). N.O. Snoball Cafe is good too we go there all the time also. I like the Snoball Cafe in Decatur because it is decorated with all of the Mardi Gras colors, with LSU and Saints paraphernalia. They also have the Barq's cream soda and Delaware Punch. Every time I go in there I want to cry because I get homesick.

I just saw that one of the food trucks have them. They sold po'boys and what not too. I forget the name but I'll post it if I think of it.

They're different than a sno cone. They come loaded with syrup and you can get them "stuffed" with ice cream!
