You're going to have to be more specific as to what you're looking for. All of the cities you listed are similar, and may or may not suit your particular needs. Are you looking for something family-oriented, or something for a younger, single crowd? Where will you be working? What's your budget for renting/buying?

My husband will be working near Perimeter Mall. We would like an area that has good schools and is family oriented. We are looking between $200k-$260k for a single family home.

Any of the areas you listed will fit that model, though you'll be on the upper end of your price range in several of them if you want something newer. The commute from all of them will be pretty painful if he works typical hours, though the straight shot down 400 from Alpharetta will have the best potential for having a reasonable commuteon some days (when the stars all align).
