Branding...I'm sure that Emory wanted the hospital to be more easily identified as one of theirs.

I vote for downtown because I believe it has the most organic skyline and has developed the most over time. It's much more layered and architecturally diverse than the others.

Man, this was really tough for me. Buckhead is the newest and most modern, followed by midtown, while downtown has the most height. Every area has nice architecture. I love Atlanta so much, I can't really choose. for some reason, I voted Buckhead, although any area would work. Except maybe perimeter, which technically isn't even in the Atlanta city limits.

I voted Midtown, and one of the best views is in the evening, driving down I-85 south, taking the peachtree street exit (right after lenox road exit). It always gives me a warm, fuzzy, "I'm home" kind of feeling. The ramp is pretty high and it gives a good view.

I also like the view of the Midtown Skyline as you're driving I-85 South. At first it is directly in front of you, and then it will be off to your left as you're passing it. I also like the view from the MARTA train Southbound right before entering the tunnel.
