I am moving to atlanta and i hear that decatur is one of the best places to live besides the gwinnett area as far as schools, and finding a decent place to live with children and finding jobs go.

City of Decatur...YES!

Dectaur...maybe. Lots of far-flung areas call themselves Decatur. Some of these areas are terrible, some are good.

It is as long as you confine your search to Decatur zip codes 30030 and 30033.

It's not so much that they call themselves Decatur, it's that the post office calls them Decatur.
