I recently saw a home in this new subdivision and wanted to know if anyone lives there, has any experience with this area, (schools, safety, etc.). I am not familiar with Fulton...well South Fulton county and it looks like this area is up and coming.

Silver Creek Communities
Hello! I purchased a Silver Creek property in a sister S/D nearby last year. I have a couple of acquaintances in South Wind also. South Wind is nice, but was just too large for me. However, the Silver Creek purchase has been rewarding. I love my home and the workmanship is very good. We looked at several builders, specifically in their basements. Silver Creek is one of the few that construct such an affordable, yet quality product.

Do you know anyone who is renting a home or townhome in the area of silver creek?I am on section 8 and am looking for a nice area,with everything you've spoke of.It is so difficult to find a decent apartment which accepts section 8.Some make it bad for others,but my son and I are very responsible people,and quiet.If you know anyone who is,would you be so kind as to tell me?Thanks so much
