Any african americans who relocated to Georgia from Los Angeles?

I am not from Los Angeles, I am from the Bay Area and I have lived in Atlanta....I think it is important for Californians to take mini vaca's from Atlanta to not get bored...Example, drive somewhere that is no more than 4 hours away at least once a month because Atlanta gets really small and really boring, really fast for someone that's from somewhere larger and busier. Live in the city as long as you can because the suburbs will remain you how far south you really are, unless you are in Dekalb County.

Everywhere has it's pros and cons, but you have to decide what is more important to you; People who love California will not complain about prices because it's important for us to be here. The same can be said for people who love Atlanta, they won't complain about whatever sacrifice they are making because the cost of living difference is worth the sacrifice.

Those mini vacations will be your saving grace though because that mean Charlotte, Savannah, Places in Tennessee....Stretch it a little further and Nashville and Memphis has a great vibe (for a visit).
