Does anyone live in or by McCart Landing in Conyers? If so, can you tell me what you like/dislike about it, the builder, the area, etc.? Also, can you tell me about the surrounding areas (including schools and crime)? What is the commute from this area to downtown (Chamblee area)? Thanks!

That is South Rockdale. Pretty decent area. Only problems off, my head right now, in the evening getting of at Salem Road, it will be a slow drive home because the road hasn't been widening to handle the traffic.
