I am looking for information on North Conyers near Bethel Rd. Black Shoals Park and Big Haynes Creek. The water protection zoned area. This seems like a very nice rural area with some horse farms, etc to live? We are in our early 50s. No school aged children so schools are not an issue. Loganville and Snellville seem close by for shopping etc. Is the area up and coming? going downhill? Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Just as stated, its pretty rural compared to the rest of the county. Most of the lots are huge.

With the traffic in Snellville, its probably easier to visit Conyers vs going to Snellville but its numerous back ways to Snellville so that's not an issue.

My parents live about 10 mins (if that) south of that area on GA 20. Not a problem in the last 12 years.

There is a lot of traffic in Snellville and a lot of the shopping is along Scenic Highway (124) but north of US 78 so that would add a decent amount of time.

Does anyone know about the developments of Evermore North BLVD Alignment? I heard they are going to build a road for a mile that is in parallel with 78 from Hewett to Britt road.

Yes... and no.

They are not building any boulevards and the area is mostly developed.

What they are building and planning on building in many places along US78 are small parallel connector roads that go short distances to link businesses and limit curb cuts along US78 in the future.

It will be more similar to Paxton Lane further west.

I like that a lot. It's basically how I get to everything on Scenic Highway, backways.
