This is one of the sillier questions ever asked about Atlanta.

Not really. There's nothing urban about Lenox with its sea of surface parking surrounding it, for instance. A lot of other commercial buildings and strips also have parking fronting them which isn't characteristic of truly urban (pedestrian-oriented) development. But some buildings are more pedestrian-oriented than others, like the old downtown area and the future Buckhead Atlanta will be.

I don't think Buckhead is suburban or fully urban yet. You cannot label it as one thing. Most of the density is on 1 street. Once you make a few turn off P'tree it's homes and strip malls.

That is true of most of Atlanta. Once you get off the main drag for a block or two, you're pretty much into single family neighborhoods and strip centers.

That's part of what makes our city so cool.

Buckhead just isn't Ptree and Lenox roads. It also includes miles of residential area with homes on extremely large lots, larger than many sprawling burbs.

True. Buckhead also includes miles of homes on small lots.

It's a big area with very diverse forms of development.
