Not charter schools, both are considered very good schools. I don't think you can go wrong.

The simplest thing to do is to call the schools office and see if they can tell you which apartments (unless someone here is really familiar with the area) are zoned to their school. I would call after 9 am EST and before 2 PM EST. Don't be surprised that you may have very few complexes to choose from.

Not too many apartments in Johns Creek. There are several new complexes that would probably be in those schools zones. There is one in Johns Creek Tech Park (Oaks at Johns Creek) that is new and two in Johns Creek Walk (one new, one about 6 years old). There is also an apartment complex along SR 120 (Abbotts Bridge Road) called Aylesbury Farm apartments. You would need to call the complex to determine which schools they would go to. Some of these might also go to Medlock Elementary School or Abbotts Hill Elementary which are also good schools.

You need to check with the schools to confirm.
