Hi Everyone,
So my husband will be working in the Cumberland area and he doesn't want to commute too long.

1. Budget - $1000-$1700
2. House/Condo/Townhome? - Any as long as 1000sqft or bigger
3. Employment Status(commute/work from home) - commute
4. Children(public school vs. private) - N/A at moment
5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference or a mix of the two - Suburban
6. Easy access to public transit, important or not? - No
7. Preferable demographics of desired neighborhood. - Upper Income families

Would like a walkable community with mountain bike and paved trails very close (walking distance from home).

Please help.
Thanks.

Smyrna

Right next door to Cumberland area, you have the Silver Comet Trail, Chattahochee River, easy access to Kennesaw Mountain

Price range should be right on target.
