Is Mableton really 'Old'?

Mableton is old and it is not a real town. Just a mailing address. It is generally a working class area of south Cobb County and the housing is generally 50s to 70s stuff. It does have many well built brick homes and, if you have a taste for interior decoration and are handy with a hammer, you can have a really good home there. The local schools, especially the high school (Pebblebrook) are OK but not the best in Cobb unless you are into artsy fartsy stuff like band and orchestra. The ex Governor Barnes lives there and grew up there.

Smyrna is much more of a diverse mix of people. You have poor working people living in the area near Dobbins (you will see actual live chickens running around there) and well of professional people living in Vinings. And, yes, there is no such place as Vinings. It is part of Smyrna as badly as they don't want to be. In the rest of the town, it is a mixture of people pretty much. It is a pretty safe place, I would not be worried about living there but they, like Marietta, do have some bad apartment complexes where criminals tend to hang out.
