Looking for a decent town home in Marietta area . community with pool and fitness center is preferable.

1. Budget - 1100 - 1200 rent per month
2. House/Condo/Townhome? - Townhome
3. Employment Status(commute/work from home) - commute. I work near Airport and my wife in woodstock.
4. Children(public school vs. private) - 3Yr Old daughter
5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference or a mix of the two - suburban
6. Easy access to public transit, important or not? - Not at all. we have two cars so no public transit necessary.
7. Preferable demographics of desired neighborhood. - SAFE community preferably Indian (South Asian) in Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings area.

Any suggestions ?

I am a retired letter carrier (Nov 2011), a Marietta native who worked city wide for 25 years and I honestly can't think of a decent townhome rental community within the city limits. The newer townhome communities built within the city have covenants that restrict rentals to a very low % because the city council encourages ownership. From what you describe you want I would suggest you consider the Brumby Loft Apts on N Mtta Pkwy. EZ access to I75, 2 blocks from Mtta Square, excellent management, well within budget, best elementary school in the city, gated community, fitness center, pool, car wash, pet friendly, close shopping and grocery store, city park within walking distance (2 blocks). The C building is the best bargain in Marietta. Google Adherhold Properties for contact info. Manager's name is Jeff Green. I delivered the mail there for 10 years. No rif-raf at this place. And the residents were really nice. Tell Jeff Phillip the mailman sent you and no I don"t get any referral fees. It's just a 1st class operation.
