I was riding around this weekend and I realized that Atlanta is so beautiful compared to other cities I have been to except for San Francisco and Miami IMO. I was riding down Moores Mill Rd up 75. Beautiful homes, rolling hills, curves everywhere, trees, etc. I was also on the Eastside near Arabia Mountain. It was the same. Hills everywhere, beautiful homes, trees everywhere, etc. I need to start exploring Atlanta more. What are some beautiful street you like traveling around here in the Metro area?

Riverside Drive in Sandy Springs.

Bell Road in Johns Creek.

Peachtree Dunwoody from Peachtree up to I-285.

West Paces Ferry from I-75 to Peachtree.

All around Ansley Park.

The only scenic spot that comes to my mind is Stone Mountain. The Chattahoochee is a medium sized river and I don't know of any really nice scenic spots along it. It would have been better had Atlanta's center developed along the Chattahoochee (maybe even dam it like Lake Lanier) or near Stone Mountain.

Going NW and N of ATL: select far out suburbs' mountainous topography, but this is what I like: Kennesaw Mountain area in Cherokee County. I like all those rolling hills. Some of Forsyth County looks like this as well and some areas in North Cobb.

I forgot about this one. I drove on Riverside Dr during the falls when the trees where changing colors.

Wow! This is all you can come up with?

There are so many beautiful drives around here that it will take me a while to compile a list.

Off the top of my head - How about Lullwater from Ponce to North Decatur?

Or Peachtree Battle from Peachtree to Northside?

There are so many it boggles the mind..........

Piedmont Park, with the views of the Midtown skyline. Virginia-Highlands and Candler Park have beautiful older homes with tree-lined streets.

I love Valley Drive in Buckhead for the older estates in Atlanta.

Mt Paran Road for the new huge mansions.

Birmingham Highway and the surrounding area in Cherokee/North Fulton. There are some incredible homes and farms up there, and plenty of rolling hills.
