It is an unusual list and I don't know how useful it would be to the average person. I would really like to know what sort of increase in crime occurred in cities like Little Rock +8, Richmond, CA +7 and Baton Rouge,+9.
The way the year began in Atlanta I wouldn't be surprised if we moved up in the ranking next year.

St Louis, MO +1
Camden, NJ -1
Detroit, MI +1
Flint, MI +1
Oakland, CA -2
Richmond, CA +7
Cleveland, OH +1
Compton, CA +4
Gary, IN +2
Birmingham, AL -3
Baltimore, MD +2
Memphis, TN -2
New Orleans, LA -7
Jackson, MS -5
Little Rock, AR +8
Baton Rouge, LA +9
Buffalo, NY(Not in Top 25 last year)
New Haven, CT( Not in Top 25 last year)
Hartford, CT +4
Dayton, OH Unchanged
Kansas City, MO -6
Washington, DC -6
Newark, NJ (Not in Top 25 last year)
Cincinnati, OH -5
Atlanta, GA -7

This list makes even less sense ---#1 Most Dangerous City--Saginaw, MI--if I read the list correctly.
