For me it just depends on what I want to do. I can easily incorporate Piedmont Park into a long run from my house, or a bike ride. It's a great venue for music and chilling around at a picnic and people watching. And some nice festivals.

I agree that Stone Mountain is pretty cool in its own way. My friends called it the "Confederate Wailing Wall" when I first visited Atlanta back in the mid-90's, though...

I agree that Stone Mountain is pretty cool in its own way. My friends called it the "Confederate Wailing Wall" when I first visited Atlanta back in the mid-90's, though...
