I recently got a recommendation for a vet named Mr. Rackley in Auburn- he got some excellent reviews but he's quite a drive from me. I'm looking for an honest, friendly and reasonable- oh and on time! I'm a mother to 4 and would rather not spend hours at the doggie Dr. for a routine visit. Grooming locations appreciated too!

It's always better to have a personal rec but when I relocated I just got in my car and drove around to different vets and found one I liked that way.
I'm fairly certain there are many highly qualified professionals in the area--UGA has an excellent veterinary program and it's not far away. Many animal rescue groups that are active in this area, too.
If you have a particular breed-- you might search for rescue groups for that breed and obtain a recommendation that way.
