No need to explain. My wife feels the same. I don't think you can go wrong with S. Forsyth Sharon elementary, Suwanee N. Gwinnett, and even in the Johns Creek High School school district part of Johns Creek. Good luck in your search and keep me posted where you end up buying. Here are some cool links for you.

Best Places to Live: Top 100 - Suwanee, Ga. (10) - Money Magazine

S. Forsyth is not the 20th wealthiest county in the state Georgia, but in all of united states.

Just wondering why Chattahoochee H.S. often is not discussed in the Johns Creek vs. S. Forsyth debate? Located in J.C., it's also super competitive, boasting #136 in Newsweek's top 500 high schools (ranking above Northview). CHS's demographics are: 63% caucasian, 19% asian, 12% black, 6% hispanic.
