Im not American, but i can easily say that Filipinos would be the one favoring American most compared to most other countries due to colonial and war history, Filipinos are more familiar with Americans stuff compared to other Asians.
The Philippines, hands down. It was also a US territory for 2 generations, I believe; until they voted for independence. I think there's a significant number of Filipinos, but probably nowhere near majority, that probably think they should have stayed with us. The Philippines is in the top 5 represented countries in the US among the foreign born

Singapore is a US minion , so I think you can add Singapore too
The OP's question was to ask which country's citizens like Americans the most not the government. That being said, are Americans included in the recent xenophobia sweeping across your country? Or, is it mostly PRC Chinese, and other Asians that the xenophobia is directed towards?

Our people have to follow what our government says..
I would say americans are not that affected by the spate of xenophobia in Singapore, after all white people including American sort of enjoy preferential treatment in singapore
Why South Korea and not Japan? I'm confused with this one
