Are there any Vegetable or fruit that is very popular in Japan or South Korea or China or Hong Kong or Taiwan that is not cultivated in the country or they have to import most of the amount that is sold?

(I am asking about countries individually, not something that applies to all at the same time)

Korea and Japan have to import all tropical fruits. China also imports a lot.

Taiwan cultivates many kinds of fruits because of the low latitude and high mountains.I think we import many cantaloupes from Japan, and probably cherries, because we don't really cultivate those.Kiwis as well.

Most oranges are imported in east Asia.

China produces kiwi fruit in addition to New Zealand.

Local grown and imported fruits in Japan and South Korea are very expensive compared with the US, Greater China and Southeast Asia.
