Maybe not. But, the Republic of China is a country, and it is not part of the People's Republic of China.

That doesn't make the ROC's claim any more valid than the PRC's claim.

The point is, at this moment in history, Taiwan is not part of the PRC.

Yes compared with the Americans
But Chinese youths are increasing westernised , are less likely to marry and have kids young unlike their parents.
