Wish the high was always in the 70s. It's great to be able to partake in outdoor activities and not be miserably hot! Should be nice until April!

Too cold to fish or go boating or sit outside at night or have coffee on the patio in the morning. I care a lot more about the evening/morning temps. If it hits 90 for an hour in the afternoon - big deal. It's much nicer on the edges where it matters. Late March-mid May and late Sep-October are my favorite times. If this is your first year, Oct was way above normal this year.

It's not too cold to fish, the bass are biting like crazy right now, bartlett is low but thriving. I think it's the perfect temp to sit outside in the morning and enjoy the cold weahter.

I haven't been back to Bartlett since they paved the road - probably before you were born, LOL. I am pondering a trip to Canyon for trout, though. I have trouble getting my boat in/out by myself without getting wet and the water is cold this time of year. And I find it cold riding in the boat when the air temp is less than 80 - which it will be for about 4 months now.

If the high was always in the 70s, there would be 20 million people living in the valley.

The long hot season keeps the population under control.

Most people that do not live here have no clue how beautiful the weather is here 7 months out of the year. It beats Florida hands down.

Oh yeahhh! Of course it beats FL in the weather category particularly South FL. Florida would probably be a bit too subtropical and humid for me. As a person who may move to AZ in the future, its nice to for me be able to hear from the locals who live there how nice their state is. The first and only time I ever visited AZ I really liked it.
