We lived in Yuma about 5 or so years ago. My hubby's in the Navy so we have since moved, twice! We recently went back and stayed with friends that still there for the weekend and I have to say it's really grown and changed. And I really missed night swimming. Not that you can't night swim in other places but it's just not the same. I was a hot weekend too, but it didn't really bother me like I thought it would. Anyway, just wanted to say that Yuma really isn't that bad, for those who are reading this and are moving there!

Also, miss seeing the bright stars at night. They are SO bright in the desert!

No, not really. I'm just trying to stay positive for the people who may be moving to Yuma and look it up. Many people like us move there on military orders and not by choice so it's probabaly scary to read some of these posts about Yuma. Just trying to help out.

ok i am going to post some stuff about what I exerienced in yuma just in the last couple of days and this is ongoing stuff that happens to me on a daily basis. yuma is the laziest most incompetent town i have ever lived in. but i will make a new post so all can see to beware before coming here.
