You "hear all the time how unsafe Phoenix is now". What are you hearing, what are your sources (is this another problem with CNN yammering about kidnapping in Phoenix? Forget that. There's another thread here that will explain that to you, but generally speaking, if you are not involved in the drug trade or transporting illegal aliens, you are not at risk).
