Default Oatman

Here are some pics we took of Oatman in 2004. First one is the road leading in (Yikes!), and the last ones are of the Oatman Hotel, where Clark Gable and Carole Lombard spent their honeymoon in 1939. Hope you like them!

Nice shots! Lovely road! Kinda reminds me of the Carefree area and/or the Dragoon Mountain area with all the boulders...

Here are some of my pictures from my Grand Canyon hike this past April.

Heading down the S. Kaibab Trail

Looking up to where I'd just come from.

The Colorado River

The trees are along the creek/trail leading to Phantom Ranch.

The cabin I stayed in at Phantom Ranch.

This is Bright Angel Creek, which ran right behind the cabin.

A Mule Deer eating leaves early in the morning as I was leaving the canyon.

The sun rising in the canyon.

The only scorpion we found was in the daylight. We packed a blacklight and hunted for them at night but had no luck.

I believe this part of the trail is called "The Devil's Corkscrew".

One of several waterfalls along the Bright Angel Trail.

I saw a bunch of Condors flying around. This one was just hanging out.

Okay, some pictures I noticed in the preview, are larger than others. I forgot to change the image size. I'll work on that next time.
