I just love Tom and Jerries. There was an establishment in my hometown that served them every year from around T'giving till New Year's. One of those things you sit and drink and drink and then try to stand up.

I love eggnog during the holidays. Here's a simple recipe from my egg producer, country hen.
Pour into your blender:
1 Cup organic milk
1 organic egg
1 tbsp Vermont Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 ****** of brandy (Kahlua, Irish Whiskey or Cognac)
Turn the blender on high for 20 sec. Chill to serve. Pour and sprinkle nutmeg. Serves one.
