If the scope of your thread was limited to what is in America, then you might have mentioned that. You asked for good/the best, without geographical limitations. I gave you my answer. When soliciting the opinion of others, there shouldn't be a wrong answer, n'est-ce pas?
You can get a passport, for what it's worth, if you are an American citizen, and see the rest of the world....the US is not the center of the universe.
You are right, Texas is the center of the universe
I used to drink Hotdamn while skiing. I think I had watermelon also back in those days. I still like a peppermint on the rocks as a break from drinking beer. Not too much into the goldschlager.
OP was "any suggestions for good Schnapps flavors". Country or hemisphere was not mentioned. Answer is wide open. Might mention that Molson beer from Canada is a higher alcohol originally produced beer but is watered down to US requirements. Thus you have Europe made booze which has more alcohol and better flavor tastes then US stuff. The American mkt looks towards making money and not quality sorry to say. Steve
used to do "hot shots" Hotdamn and topped with tabasco! Also used to enjoy a "butterbaby" But I dont remember what was in it, butterscotch schnapps and ?
Is hotdamn really hot or is that just the name of it? I'm into the sweet drinks not the hot ones.

Its not a schnapps but I think you would like it.
Lemoncello over lots of ice. It tastes like lemonhead middles. If its too bitter add more sugar on your next batch or a sugar cube in the lemoncello disolved. Its good with fresh mint leaves in it.
You can google up recipes on the internet. Best made with grappa but a high quality vodka will work. Use myer lemons. They use sorrentos in italy but I never see them here.
