Irish Whiskey is the one for me. Old Midelton with Red Breast behind.

I'm a bourbon/rocks guy, but sometimes have a Jameson. I sometimes add apple whiskey into my cocktail to change up the flavor, sometimes add a splash of ginger ale, sometimes both, but then, I flavor my own cigars with a mix of coffee, bourbon, and vanilla, so I'm pretty eclectic.

Kentucky bourbon has some of the best, Makers Mark reserve is smooth and easy to sip. Bib & Tucker from Tennessee, Woodinville from Washington is a pretty decent bourbon.

There's a brand of bourbon in Texas called TX that is really good, but can't get it in CA.

I can’t pick one.
First choice: Makers Mark Bourbon
Second: Macallen 18 Scotch, but JW Blue is ok too.

I don’t really know what rye tastes like and to me whiskey and bourbon are the same thing.

So, rye.
I drink Makers Mark when I'm in Manhattan lol! Reminds me of a guy I used to know. My favorite is Woodford reserve.

I'm a Burbon drinker, but recently discovered a blend I really, really like.

Basil Hayden's blended Dark Rye

Occasionally when I am out, I enjoy a Manhattan. Rye is more popular now and I've developed a taste for it.
