Is there a supplement to help break down the by product of alcohol when it is metabilized?

So 80% of asians can break down alcohol very fast, but cannot break down the by-product which is acetaldehyde. Is there a enzyme supplement in pill form to help break that by product down?

When I was younger I can drink alcohol with no stomach cramping and diarrhea, but not now. I like to enjoy some beer again. I dig the taste.

You might want to see if you are gluten intolerant. Barley contains gluten, and beer is made from barley.

There are gluten free beers not made from barley. OP should try them and see if barley is the culprit.

That's not the same kind of barley.
The barley is generally converted into malted barley, or “malt.” The process of malting involves soaking the barley, allowing it to germinate, and then stopping germination with heat. Then roasted. Light roasted malt will produce light colored beer. Give the malt a little more heat, and the beers become darker, more the color of root beer.
More roasting - and the next darker beers are porters and stouts (which are ales).

OK so I may be intolerant to malt, and not just barley. Ok I try that.

N-A-C Sustain has worked the best for me. one tablet an hour beofre drinking, and one when you wake up.

red reishi mushroom powder mixed with water as a soluble solution about 2 hours before also works really well too.
