Yes, that is the key...Seasonality....
Coming into fall: well heck-October fest, some good German beer, but, then also it's getting time after the first frost I go too+and also, a Scotch and soda w/ a twist.
Oh, well Merlot time also.....gee....guess a beer to get things going, then maybe a Scotch and a wee bit of Merlot w/ dinner.
Dec..now we are talking an Old Fashioned, that is of course after maybe a nice cold winter brew...then well, maybe a Cab w/the roast.
Or..something white w/the bird
Then with the coming of spring...now that is a difficult time..
Not much beer then, just maybe a Scotch if it's still cold out and then a Pinot Noir...or??
Summer, ah,,,yes, a Coors lite or...and then Rum and Coke w/a chuck of lime..
or Gin and tonic, or even a Vodka tonic or orhmmmwillsee........
I quit drinking for six years and recently started again and on that note....Tabor Hill Classic Demi-Sec is my favorite. When I can't afford that Seagram's 7 & Diet Pepsi.
Wine is my thing. I've tried different stuff and figured out what I like. Chardonnay in white, Cabernet Sauvignon in red. Blush wines just do not appeal to me.
