It looks like
Escuela del Sol Montessori is teaching in person at the moment, and
Manzano Day School appears to be doing a "hybrid schedule." Both of those schools are small (and spendy) and seem to be operating under some capacity requirements, so no idea if they have space right now.
A lot (if not all?) of the Catholic schools in town are doing in-person instruction too.
I have an elementary-age kiddo and am aware of at least a few families who have located a tutor who's willing to teach their kids in person. In some cases, they've formed education pods with a few other families so it's more of a small classroom setting.
