I'm thinking of moving down that way sometime in June or July, but I would like to know about jobs down that way. I have a BA in History and tons of clerical/administrative experience. I'm just wondering how hard it will be to land something there b/c here in Ohio, things aren't that great. I would like to have something before I get there, but I know that may be impossible. Can anyone give me some info? Thanks!

We had jobs lined up when we moved here, so that part was taken care of. I see people who come out and can't find a job, and others that do.
Here are some threads regarding jobs in the Albuquerque area:
I think the job 'recession' has finally hit ABQ. We were late getting it due to all the federal jobs here, but sequestration and budget cuts took care of that. Jobs are even scarce in accounting, which is normally not the case. PHX and Denver are doing much better, but rent is astronomically high in Denver.
Thanks guys! Actually my brother lives right outside of Denver, and yeah the rent there is way out of my league. I guess my next question would be if I'm moving around June or July, when should I start mailing resumes out to various places? I have been monitoring jobs on like indeed.com and other places and I would love to apply for some of the ones that I have seen, I'm just hoping that I will see as many decent ads around when it is time for me to move.
