I don't think Canada will allow the skunks admission because they pack weapons and don't have vet certificates.

Where ever the office of Don Young is you'll find a bunch of 'em there....

If ole uncle Ted still has an office you'll find a pair there, both him and his dirtbag crook son Ben

And...of course in Lisa Murchitski's office in Washington DC

I was just wondering why someone would miss a skunk?? PHEWWW have you ever drove down a road and one had been hit, you have to hold your breath and drive really fast.. Where I came from there was always one hit on the side of the country road. I personaly don't miss them at all.

Ha, ha ha....love everyone's responses! Getting a bit whiff of some fresh road-kitty-kill is a prime indicator of spring's arrival.

When I was growing up we had a pet skunk.....the mom was hit by a car and the little ones were abandoned. I have a animal-loving mom, what can I say. We got it descented and had it as a pet for many years.

There's a funny story about when me and Crossfire were dating in high school......and his shock when "Stinko" came out from under the couch and "stomped" at the new visitor/invader Dang, he still married me anyway, what was he thinking ?

I had a pet skunk.....it was descented and I had it as a pet for many years. Its name was Rosebud and she had a nest under the boxsprings on the cloth that was under them. She would come out in the evening to be properly petted and await her dinner being served. We took her with us when we went out to the orange grove in the summer and when she would see a roach on the floor she'd walk over to it and stomp it for ten or fifteen minutes until it was just a pile of ashes. I had a real small dog and Rosebud and the dog were buddies. When they were fed each had their own dish and would swap back and forth during their meal. The dog was up during the day and Rosebud was up at night stomping anything that she came across. And stomping is the exact word; you could hear her at night throughout the house on the wooden floor. In town we didn't have the roaches we did in the country so she didn't do her stomping act there as much. They make quite a pet and they are defensive about their home range. Visitors always got a thrill out of being greeted when they entered her territory. Tail straight up in the air looking over her backside at the visitor.

Oh LOL I don't miss not having them here in Alaska at all! I had always thought that we didn't have them here until someone claimed that they existed in all the states. So I'm just trying to confirm via a state skunk report!

But of course everyone has made me aware of our states 2 legged skunks that are a replacement
